Online Winter Imagination Breaks:
Sunday, December 14th at 11-12pm PST
Friday, December 19th at 4-5pm PST
Choose one or both- they will be separate journeys that will compliment each other but can also be taken à la carte. Both come with a recording you can keep if you can't make the live event.

What is an imagination break?
Think of it like a visualization meditation where I take you on a live journey that feels similar to an old Grimm's fairytale.
For about 10 minutes we will settle in and I give a small intro to start. Then for about 35 minutes you will be on a journey listening to me guide you through an imaginary world with your eyes closed- like a meditation. During the imagination break, you will have opportunities for your mind to "fill in the blanks" so you can access your own creative imagination. Afterwards, for about 15 minutes, we all draw (no, you don't have to be a visual artist, duh) what and journal about what you imagined to dive deep into what it might mean for you.
Do I have to have my camera on?
No, not for this one. Just at the beginning to say hi if you want.
Will there be hang out time with you after?
Yes, for about 30 mins. I like to actually meet people that want to talk. Just make sure you give everyone a turn.
What happens if I sign up for both? Anything special?
There will be a feeling of continuation from the first imagination break to another- so they compliment each other really well and there might be some easter eggs in the journey hidden about for those who attend both. But they also do very well separately.
